Vijay Menon
Vijay Menon is an Indian actor in Malayalam cinema.〔http://www.malayalamcinema.com/star-details.php?member_id=420〕 He has acted in more than 100 films in all South Indian languages. He mainly handles in character roles and supporting roles.
==Biography==
Vijay Menon hails from Ottapalam, Kerala. His father Sudhakara Menon is from Ottapalam, Palakkad and mother Lakshmi is from Chengannur, Alappuzha. He has an elder brother and a younger sister. He had his primary education from Lawrence School, Lovedale, Ootty. He studied direction course from Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. He went to director Bharathan with a dream to become an assistant director. But that time Bharathan was looking new faces for his movie ''Nidra'', seeing his talent Bharathan cast him in his movie ''Nidra'' making his debut movie as the same. Film went on to a huge success and he was well noted for his performance.
